Chakreshvari Shiva Temple

The Chakreshvari Shiva Temple, Bhubaneswar is a living temple of the Hindus. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located in Orissa. The temple can be categorized under Rekha Deula Pidha. This is mainly because of the typical architecture of the temple where a type of flat column rises from the base of the plinth. There is a tank on the western side of the shrine in the temple. The platform on which the temple is built is low lying. There are several divisions within the temple that comprises of different shrines.
