Shiva Vishnu Temple

The Shri Shiva Vishnu Temple is located in the suburb of Carrum Downs in the state of Victoria, Australia . This temple is the largest Hindu temple in Victoria. Worship at the temple is centered on Shiva and Vishnu, the presiding deities of two dominant streams in the Hindu ritualistic tradition. The temple, built and designed in South Indian – Dravidian architecture, attempts to bring the two streams together and provide a synthesis.
