Siddhivinayak Temple

As Tuesday is considered to be a special day for Lord Ganesh devotees, ‘Aartis’ are performed inside the temple which is flocked by devout worshippers.

Vinayaki Chaturthi, Sankashti Chaturthi, Maghi Shree Ganesh Jayanti, Bhadrapad shree Ganesh Chaturthi are the main festivals on Siddhivinayak.

Tuesday is an important day at the Siddhivinayak temple or we can say that Tuesday is the day of Ganpati ji. On this day the timing of all the programs or aartis varies from other days.  On Tuesday, the day starts with Shree darshan in the early morning on 3:15 AM to 4:45AM, just after that the time of Kakad Aarti starts on 05:00AM to 05:30, when Kakad Aarti is finished then again Shree Darshan starts from 5:30AM to 12:15PM. At 12:15PM to 12:30PM Naivedhya is prearranged. After that, time of Shree Darshan starts from 12:30PM to 08:45PM. Night Aarti starts from 09:30PM to 10:00PM, when it is completed the last aarti of the day or Shejaarti is organized at 12:00AM.

Except for Tuesday, the timing on other days of the week (Wednesday to Monday) remains the same. Firstly Kakad Aarti is organized from 5:30AM to 6:00AM, just after that Shree Darshan starts from 06:00AM to 12:15PM. Naivedhya starts at 12:15PM and ends at 12:30PM. After Naivedhya, Shree Darshan starts from 12:30PM to 7:20PM. Later, Aarti starts from 7:30PM and is completed by 8:00PM, after that Shree Darshan starts from 08:00PM to 09:50PM. Before closing the final ceremony is of the Shejaarti and it starts by 09:50PM.
